How could I find my dream factory?

I had seen many factories, but not all. I purchased an official list of all factories in the country. This time, I decided to have no intermediaries, drivers, or translators. I wanted to find my factory with my heart, by smelling the energy, by identifying the vibration.

What have I not tried? Phone! In Italian culture, a face-to-face meeting is the only way to establish a relationship. Considering that I didn’t speak Italian, this would be a special adventure. I called a friend to ask for 4 phrases in Italian:

— Hello.

— Do you make bags?

— What brands?

— High quality?

Those questions were enough to call the factories. It didn't matter what they’d answer. All I was interested in was HOW they’d answer. What would their voice feel like? When they talk about quality, how much joy and mastery does their voice radiate? What would their energy do to me? This was the plan. 

This was how my phone adventure began.
