12. Serendipity

I have found Geppetto, so presumably I have located my factory. Now I need a design for my bag — this is all Geppetto is interested in - but where should I obtain such a design? In fact, how do people design things in general, what is the process? I have no idea. My intuition tells me I need a vintage store. Florence is a mecca of vintage shops — but which one? Since Geppetto is my only contact in Florence, naturally I asked him. By chance, he had a business card in his pocket from one random store. So, this he gave to me.
