22. Almost perfect

It took almost a year to develop my product at the Varese factory. With this factory, for the first time, I saw the manifestation of my creation. I celebrated how the energy was transforming into form. There was just one thing — the product had imperfections and my soul didn't dance.

I didn’t know how to inspire the factory to go to a higher level. After months of work, they were tired. It looked like we reached the ceiling of what this bag technically could be. I was told that I was too demanding and the better quality was not possible.They asked where the idea of perfection came from, since no one could even implement this product at a basic level before. I had no proof. I just felt it must be possible.

At some point, our communication reached a dead end. I had to decide — stay with them, accept the compromises and have this quality, reliable product or to risk it all, and carry on following my soul dances? I chose my soul. So I left.
